Drive MG Leicester

I had a great experience at Drive Motor Retail MG Leicester because they took the time to explain all I needed to know, were helpful during the purchase paperwork and took the time to explain the key features of the car in a simple easy to understand way, never felt rushed.

I'd recommend Drive Motor Retail MG Leicester because the cars are good quality and reasonably priced. The staff for both Vauxhall and MG have been really good.

Both the salespeople I dealt with displayed little customer care in the form of responses to requests or updates of information. The whole process was saved only by the personal care of the latest sales manage, Katie Levy who dealt with my concerns and went out of her way to help me in any way she could. My personal feeling is that some of the staff seem to forget that they are selling new vehicles rather than used. A new vehicle should be perfect in every way and any issues should be dealt with promptly.
Again, lest it be forgotten, many thanks to Katie Levy who showed how the salesperson's job should be done.
I still have 2 outstanding issues with the vehicle, the first being a factory work around for the DAB radio which needs retrofitting as soon as possible as agreed at the handover and listed on the acceptance documentation. The second relates to a fault with the rear dive assist which at first I felt could wait until the DAB issue is resolved however I now want this fixing ASAP as it came to light in the first week of use.

I'd recommend Drive Motor Retail MG Leicester to a friend because they have great customer service and are always ready to help and answer any questions. Very friendly and helpful staff.
